What are video biographies?
Video biographies are a recording of you (or a loved one) telling the story of your (or their) life.
This video product can be cherished through the generations.
Why are they worth doing?
Personal biographies are keepsakes - it's really as simple as that. These gifts from parents and grandparents will cherished by the younger generations. They will love being able to hear directly from you for the rest of their life.
How does the process work?
You reach out to us to schedule a date and time for your interview - we are very flexible!
We send you a packet to help you prepare before we film. This contains prompts and thought-provoking questions.
We arrive, set up our equipment, and film the interview.
Afterwards, we will provide a digital copy of the interview. DVDs and full-text transcripts are also available upon request.
The interview and its contents are confidential! We won't share any clips unless you give your permission.
What if I want more than a simple video?
Don't worry! We are happy to work with you to create a custom premium package. Possible add ons include:
Editing into shorter clips about specific topics
Adding heirloom photographs and archival video footage
Scanning and digitally cataloguing old photos
Creating graphics to show abstract concepts (moving from Seattle to Sioux Falls, traveling to Paris, etc)
